We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in Atlanta, but we still found a few excellent options while we were there and some disappointing realities that nobody else on the Internet wanted to update.
Atlanta Braves Vegan Options
First and foremost, Slutty Vegan is no longer at Truist Park (the Atlanta Braves baseball stadium). I repeat, Slutty Vegan will not be found at Turist Park in Atlanta as of July 2025. Despite, little to no mention anywhere online, we confirmed they are no longer there. We got lucky and found a Beyond Burger and curly fries at the grill located inside the Xfinity Club area. Can’t guarantee it is located outside of that area, but I imagine it would be found at other grills in the park.
I guess one option is better than no option. If all else fails, there is peanuts, beer and cotton candy.

Mercedes Benz Vegan Options
We didn’t find the Meatless Grill, but they do have a vegan hot dog at most concessions. They also have a Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap (buffalo cauliflower, shredded kale, carrots, diced tomatoes, and vegan ranch). We ordered the hot dog last year. It’s not much, but it’s cheap and it is nice to have the option.
The real find was at the Hot Press Express where they offered a Beyond Vegan Grilled Cheese or a regular Vegan Grilled Cheese. They even used a separate grill in the back for the vegan stuff. It was really good. They seasoned the Beyond Meat really well and it was a great vegan meal at the stadium. The Mac Shac Cart does have a Vegan Mac & Cheese which was pretty good as well. They have a few toppings that you can add to it as well like jalapenos, hot sauce and scallions.

While we have dabbled in the Atlanta vegan scene a few times, we found a few new to us places that are worth returning!
Cafe Sunflower
We stayed in Buckhead which is really not a great spot for vegan options. Fortunately, Cafe Sunflower was not far. This place had one of the most delicious brunch options on a Saturday. Blueberry pancakes, chicken and waffles, tofu Benedict, and more. It was very filling and very delicious! The only complaint about this place was the booth we were in shared a back with the people behind us and every time they sat back, it would knock us forward. Definitely on our list to visit again!

Mission Burger Co.
We were going to make another visit to Slutty Vegan, but Mission Burger was slightly closer and opened an hour earlier on our day of departure. It is another amazing vegan option in Atlanta! I know burgers are easy and there are already a lot of great burger options, but the non-vegan with a vegan wife declared his Mission Burger to be the best vegan burger he had ever had saying nobody would ever know it was vegan. While they use Impossible patties, the way it is prepared seemed to stand out. We also ordered the cheese fries, a steak sandwich (Off Beast Steak), and The Crunch Wrap. Fantastic food. We were even there on national ice cream day so we got to try their soft serve. The pineapple wasn’t a preferred flavor, but the texture was great.
